REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds may be issued by TrentaHost Inc. (“TrentaHost”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or using any service offered by TrentaHost, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

TrentaHost offers a 24-hour limited money-back guarantee applicable solely to monthly-billed Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans. This guarantee is available only to first-time customers and applies exclusively to the base hosting fee for the initial billing term.

To request a refund under this guarantee, the customer must submit a written request to [email protected] within twenty-four (24) hours of the original purchase. Requests received after this period will not be eligible. TrentaHost reserves the right to assess the claim, and if the issue can be reasonably resolved, a refund will not be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Services and Fees

Refunds will not be issued for the following products, services, or fees, including but not limited to:

  • Administrative and setup fees;

  • Installation fees for custom software or configurations;

  • SSL Certificates;

  • Dedicated IP Addresses;

  • Virtual Private Servers (VPS);

  • Dedicated Servers;

  • Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers;

  • Prepaid billing terms;

  • Account credit balances, regardless of usage.

3. Prepayments and Account Credit

All prepayments made to TrentaHost are non-refundable and may not be transferred to other accounts or applied toward different services. This includes prepayments made for services not yet rendered and unused account credits.

4. Outstanding Balances

TrentaHost will not activate new services or process new orders for customers who have an outstanding balance on their account. A balance of $0.00 is required before any new service can be provisioned unless otherwise stated in writing by TrentaHost Inc.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued solely to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be issued in the form of account credit or to any third party.

6. Abuse, Chargebacks, and Policy Violations

Any abuse of this Refund Policy, including but not limited to repetitive refund requests, chargeback attempts, or fraudulent claims, will result in immediate suspension or termination of service without notice. Customers initiating a chargeback in violation of this Policy may also be subject to legal action and administrative fees at TrentaHost’s discretion.

7. No Obligation to Refund

TrentaHost reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this Policy or where a violation of the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law is found. All refund decisions made by TrentaHost are final and non-negotiable.
